Biscuit Mix
 
Ingredients
  • 2 cups brown rice flour
  • 2 cups sorghum flour
  • 1 cup arrowroot starch (or organic cornstarch)
  • 1 cup potato starch (or tapioca starch) STARCH, not flour
  • 4 teaspoons xanthan gum
  • 5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1½ teaspoons sea salt
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Stir until well combined.
  3. Store in air tight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
